What do you do and what do you love about it?

I work in music as a creator and a programme producer for a NPO. In my job I love the flexibility, the creativity and the freedom i feel from working and then being able to impact other people as a result

What motivates and inspires you?

What moticates me is the constant challenge and responce to self improvement. Knowing that everything I do is an exercise of my skill and talent is really satisfying as then the work becomes part of my lifestyle. Also knowing that there is almost limitless opportunities that can come out of my work motivates me to keep working and finding out what i can do with my career
