✿ TED’S BAZAAR: TED BAKER X RUDE STUDIO FOR CMN ✿
i was commissioned by ted baker and creative mentor network to create some artwork to advertise their ted's bazaar collaboration with rude studio to raise money for creative mentor network. the collection consists of t-shirts, mugs and prints. the illustrations were used on instagram and the ted baker website.
i had multiple ideas for this brief, but thankfully, ted baker were happy for me to explore both ideas and it was a very fun experience.
the main idea was two people embracing each other, which was an image that came to mind while considering the slogan on the merchandise.
i then had the idea of mixing illustration with photography - this was because both ted baker and cmn liked the half and half illustration i created on my instagram page (which can be seen here) and wanted to know if i could do something similar. i asked if i could try it this way as i had been experimenting with these sorts of illustrations, at the time and they were happy for me to do so.
